All orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Shipments will arrive via UPS Ground. Shipping will typically take between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available in the checkout process. Should you wish to use your own shipper, or use your own UPS account number, please specify this in the comments field of the shopping cart or your PO.
Please make sure that all shipping addresses are correct and filled out completely. We reserve the right to refuse an order based upon our OR THE ups acceptable address requirements and shipping policies. We are not responsible for shipment delays or lost shipments due to incorrect, incomplete or invalid addresses or for shipping company delays.
Return Policy (for undamaged or defective goods)
We will accept returns for full credit within 30 days of original invoice date. Prior to shipping the return items, the customer must complete the Return Authorization (RA) form found on our website: RA Form, and fax the form to the fax number at the top of the form. We will assign a RA Number, sign and then fax the RA form to you. Alternately, the RA form can be emailed and we will reply with signed RA form by return email.
All items must be returned to us freight prepaid. Please enclose a copy of the signed RA form with RA# along with the items shipped for proper credit. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Only unused items in their original, intact (as new) packaging will be accepted for refund credit. All unused (as new) items returned after 30 days of invoice are subject to a standard $3.00 (minimum) or 15% re-stocking fee.
Products that were purchased more than 60 days from invoice date may not be returned to Bike Styles Inc.
Damaged or defective goods and other returns
Any other returns (example: shipping damage, defective or missing parts, packing list discrepancies, warranty claims etc.) must be called in directly to Bike Styles customer support (772 223 1021) as early as possible to receive prompt attention.
Manufacturer Warranty
Our manufacturer partners all have high quality manufacturing and quality control standards. Should any product sold by us fail to live up to the quality specifications of the manufacturer within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will work directly with the manufacturer which, at their option, will repair or replace the item. Please check each manufacturer's warranty policy. If the product has been discontinued and is no longer available we will provide a replacement product of equal or greater value and of similar style and color. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping of the warranty item to Bike Styles facilities in Florida. Bike Styles will then pay the return shipping charges for the repaired or replacement item.
